Jackie is a registered clinical psychologist focused on providing evidence based treatment to help you reach your goals. Appointments are offered via telehealth, allowing you to enjoy secure video sessions in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office. All bookings are completed online at a time that suits you.

TRAUMA THERAPY

Jackie has a special interest in trauma therapy and has completed training in EMDR levels 1 & 2, Structural Dissociation and EMDR Master Class. Also, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TFCBT) and CPT.

COUPLES THERAPY

Jackie has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy along with Treating Affairs and Trauma and uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work.

This includes couples completing a detailed online assessment to allow us to build on strengths and focus on areas to improve.

THERAPY SESSIONS

Jackie will work with you to provide assistance with a wide range of mental health concerns including (but not limited to) anxiety, phobias, depression, grief, adjustment, trauma, stress management, goal setting, behaviour change, couples counseling or just if you are in need of a bit of extra psychological support at a difficult time.

Detailed intake forms are sent to you when you book online to see Jackie. You can complete as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable sharing prior to your first session.

No doctors referral is required for private sessions or couples therapy. Payment is required for all sessions, and Transcendent Psychology does not offer bulk billing.
